I love a good conversation. Especially one where you leave feeling informed, confident, and more at home in your body and your work. Twenty-five years of learning, practicing, and showing up for women has given me a lot to offer, and Office Hours is my way of sharing it with you.
This is an open invitation. Whether you are a woman navigating a health question, a birthworker looking to go deeper, or someone simply curious about herbs, nutrition, meditation, or something else, bring all your questions!
